Bill Faulds is a high-level, well-seasoned process and wastewater professional with a most impressive dossier. He holds a Civil Technology degree and a bachelor’s degree in Business. During his 30 plus year career, he has accumulated a wide array of project experience in the process industries, industrial and municipal water/wastewater, and environmental sectors. Bill was fortunate to begin his career during the advancement of biological waste treatment in the municipal, industrial and remedial sectors.

Paul is a well known and international inventor holding several patents and patents pending in waste to energy conversion and waste treatment, as well as waste minimization. Paul has been involved in technology development for over 25 years. His inventions are in use in the agriculture and food processing industries. 

Paul  manages the assets generated off of his interests in Baswood Corporation a company that deploys waste water treatment systems in the industrial and municipal waste industry. Recently Baswood Corporation had a ribbon cutting ceremony at a Dr. Pepper Snapple bottling plant in Houston, Texas for a waste water treatment system utilizing the Dry cycle Anaerobic Digester a patent developed by Paul.  Paul is the lead Inventor on the Advanced Integrated Microbial System that is also being used in the food and beverage industry.

Paul Also is CEO of Synfuels Assets Management LLC a company that provides Licenses to companies, such as Atlas, to technologies useful in the conversion of organic compounds into very valuable commodities such as fuels, chemicals and coke for the metallurgical industry and gases for producing electricity.

He has recently reached world wide fame through recognition of his invention of the Thermo-De-polymerization (TDP) for which he holds over 60 patents world wide. The Thermal De-polymerization Process has produced over 3 million gallons of high quality synthetic fuel and was featured in Scientific American, Discovery, National Geographic, Money magazine and many others. Mr. Baskis Graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Graduate Degree in Soil Microbiology.

Paul has also been allowed and it has been recently published, a Patent for a Wastewater Treatment system.

Tommie Flannery Baskis is the President of Synfuels Assets Management LLC, President of Atlas Energy Technologies Inc. and sits on Atlas’ Board of Directors. Tommie is the Vice President of Draconis Digester Technology LLC and The CEO of Draconis Extraction Technologies LLC.

Tommie is CEO of Draconis Extraction Technologies and has worked at the Executive level in wastewater, Waste to Energy and is a highly motivated, successful Marketing Executive. Tommie is the author/photographer of ‘The Abandoned Story’; a collection of stories, photographs and history of Midwest river towns, rural haunts, abandoned places and things left behind.

Tommie is the President of Synfuels Assets Management LLC, a management company for all of the Intellectual property within the Baskis companies. Tommie directs, administers and manages all combined patents and intellectual property assets, within Draconis Extraction Technologies and Synfuels Assets Management LLC.

Synfuels is primarily responsible for processes that produce energy from low level waste material and cellulose.

This can be either from Industry or Municipal origin and utilizes physical chemical and thermal processes to produce high value products; either fuels or precursors for the chemical industry such as ethylene, propylene and butylene, along with many others.

David has been working on research and development projects his whole professional life, specializing in process design and process equipment design primarily in the conversion of waste to energy. David has over 20 years of experience in development engineering in bio-organic conversion.  He is a graduate of John A. Logan College with a degree in engineering design.

David is a Co-inventor of the Advanced Integrated Microbial System (AIMS) a waste treatment system being used in the food and beverage industry and used by Baswood Corporation at the Dr. Pepper/Snapple bottling facility in Huston, Texas.

David was instrumental in all of the pilot plant design work for Baswood Corporation’s Glasgow, Kentucky facility that lead to the development of the AIMS process patents. David also provided all of the engineering design work for the DCAD lab pilot that was operated in Rantoul, Illinois for over 12 months and lead to the development of the DCAD patent.

Atlas Energy Technologies, Inc., a Delaware company, has working relationships with engineering/consulting firms nationally and abroad.

Geometrics located in Rantoul, IL, provides mechanical and material engineering services to Atlas.

Matt Wilson (MSG) retired from the United States Army with over 26 years of operational experience as an Army Ranger, Special Forces “Green Beret” and 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment – Delta. He has extensive knowledge of Land warfare, Maritime Operation’s, and specializes in overt and covert breaching. Matt’s military assignments include the 75th Ranger Regiment, 7th Special Forces Group and The United States Army Special Operations Command.

Mr. Wilson has extensive knowledge and experience training and instructing in various settings and cultures around the world, to include weapons training, Close Quarter Battle (CQB), while specializing in special activities such as covert/surreptitious entry. Matt utilizes these skill sets to help his clients meet and exceed their needs and goals through consulting and security which can be customized to accommodate any venue and client.

SOC Group is a platform to showcase various verticals of training for not only the military and law enforcement, but to introduce Special Operations methodologies as a parallel strategy to corporate leadership and team building as well as our civilian communities.
